We had a unique situation with Kevin. We moved out of state and had the house up for sale already. We had a buyer all lined up. Unfortunately, our home was broken into and robbed of the plumbing and damaging our AC. Kevin was so great at working with us to secure it the best we could, met with the police, met with the repair guys, and did drive-bys to keep an eye on the place. The buyer got scared off, but Kevin stuck with it and we ended up selling to someone else, and got the price we wanted out of it. Great to work with and I cannot recommend him enough.
